Council creates lettings agency in bid to ease housing pressure

Salford City Council has launched its own letting agency in a bid to ease pressure on social housing.

The agency, Salford Property Link, matches landlords with people on the housing waiting list in an effort to ensure rapid take up of properties, reduce pressure on social housing and help people find good quality accommodation.
