Council leader calls on residents to be part of 'history in the making'

The leader of Isle of Wight Council has encouraged residents to make their mark in history by downloading the new NHS COVID-19 contact-tracing app.

Speaking on the day when Island residents were the first to be given access to the new app, Dave Stewart, said: ‘This is our chance to make a difference in our own way that could help save the lives of millions.
