Braintree DC has lost its appeal against Government plans to house asylum seekers on a former airfield.
The Court of Appeal on Friday dismissed Braintree’s attempt to secure an injunction preventing the Home Office from using the former MDP Wethersfield airbase as an accommodation centre for up to 1,700 male asylum seekers.
