Council to close ethical debt collection firm

Hammersmith and Fulham LBC is to close its ethical debt collection company after failing to garner sector interest in the concept.

The council partnered with private firm Intrum to form LBHF Joint Ventures in 2017, to provide debt collection services to Hammersmith and Fulham with an emphasis on ‘ethical’ methods.
