Council waste collections to undergo multi-million pound overhaul

Newcastle-under-Lyme BC is to give its waste service a £3.6m overhaul.

Senior councillors are expected to give the green light for the expenditure in a move aimed at reducing costs and making it easier for residents to recycle.
