Plymouth City Council and West Lindsey DC have announced significant management overhauls.
Under Plymouth’s plan, a new director of children’s services will operate across Plymouth and neighbouring Torbay Council while Plymouth’s strategic director of people, Carole Burgoyne, will be handed an expanded role across both the local authority and the newly-formed Devon Clinical Commissioning Group.
