Councils plan for Kier exit

Councils have been making plans after Kier decided to exit the waste industry.

Kier Group announced in June that it planned to sell-off of many of its commercial interests, with Kier Living, Property, Facilities Management and Environmental Services all expected to be sold off or dramatically scaled back due to debt and financing concerns.
