Local authorities have been urged to improve information sharing following two serious case reviews (SCRs) into horrific child deaths.
Reports into the deaths of a five year-old boy within Oxfordshire CC and a newborn child in Bolton MBC have raised concerns that some councils and their partners are still failing to share appropriate information about at-risk children and co-ordinate adequate assessments.
