Councils urged to prepare digital skills pipeline

Councils should prepare for a surge in the digital skills sector, according to new research by the Local Government Association (LGA).

Forecasts based on ONS data predict 10% of the UK workforce will be employed in the sector by 2050, with growth highest outside of London and the south east.
