‘Critical incident’ declared over child migrant arrivals

Border Force personnel are accommodating newly-arrived unaccompanied asylum-seeking children (UASC) in Kent.

The children are being put up in the Kent Intake Unit until places can be found with local authorities elsewhere in the country.
