Croydon LBC is expected to keep hold of its property development firm Brick by Brick after rejecting an offer from a ‘credible bidder’.
Senior councillors are due to turn down the offer from regeneration firm Urban Splash and allow Brick by Brick to continue developing a number of sites ‘in order to get the best deal for residents’.
