Tower Hamlets LBC has sustained improvements to its children’s services but faces ‘significant challenges’ to achieve the good Ofsted rating it has targeted by 2019.
The latest quarterly progress report by Ofsted revealed steady improvements at the east London borough since its children’s services were rated as inadequate in April.
