Artificial intelligence (AI) will not reduce the size of the local government workforce, a top private sector figure has predicted.
Speaking at The MJ’s Future Forum North event today, chief information officer of major business and public sector for BT, Phil Baulch, said AI instead provided an opportunity unlock ability in the workforce.
