Havant BC will implement an ‘enhanced programme' of staff training and governance after officers discovered a historic gap in its temporary accommodation procurement processes.
A review of expenditure data on the procurement of temporary accommodation found the council's provision of temporary accommodation took place without ‘appropriate' frameworks in place between 2019-20 and 2026-27.
