Local government still lacks both a plan for delivering sustainability and a way of measuring the impact of investment, says a Northern council director.
Speaking at Future Forum North (FFN) in Manchester, strategic director place at Bradford City Council Jason Longhurst said it was the first time in his career that the public sector ‘hasn’t had a plan on such a big issue’.
