Getting a grip

We enter 2022 with politics in a strange place. We have a Government with a stonking majority achieved only two years ago – but seemingly unable to get key legislation through the House of Commons without the Opposition’s support.

We have a Prime Minister who right now seems to be better at doing photo ops in vaccine centres than producing policies that are then followed through. We have a great deal of confusion and incoherence as to what the Government actually believes in.
