Gove: Planning reform not off the agenda

New housing secretary Michael Gove has warned councillors that the idea of reforming the planning system was ‘not at all’ off the agenda.

It has been reported that Mr Gove has paused the Government’s overhaul of the planning system in order to consult with critics on the Tory backbenches.
