Home Office defends settled status postcode checker after criticism

The Home Office has insisted it ‘constantly reviews’ the functionality of its services to support EU settlement scheme applicants to ensure they are ‘user friendly’.

It comes after criticism of the Government’s postcode checker, which lists the 10 closest services where vulnerable citizens can get support applying.
