Minister Kit Malthouse has urged councils to look at reviving Housing Revenue Accounts (HRA) instead of creating property companies.
Mr Malthouse noted the trend for councils to establish wholly-owned companies as housing delivery vehicles while speaking at the Local Government Association’s housing, planning and infrastructure conference today.
