Judge highlights Haringey safeguarding failures

A London borough has defended its social care service following scathing criticism from a High Court judge.

Mr Justice Hayden said that Haringey LBC had made ‘fundamental errors’ in safeguarding two boys, one of whom is disabled, from a registered sex offender.
