LEPs sidelined ahead of review

Local enterprise partnerships (LEP) have been side-lined from two crucial funds ahead of a review of the future of the organisations.

Communities secretary Robert Jenrick has indicated he was working to ‘reform’ LEPs, with sources suggesting the results of a review will be published by the summer recess.
