'Lessons learnt' from Essex social impact bond

Investors behind the first council social impact bond (SIB) in the world have said what has been learnt from the project will be implemented elsewhere.

The Essex Edge of Care SIB, which involved using multi-systemic therapy (MST) to pay investors based on the number of children kept out of custody or care, finished earlier this year with mixed opinions about its success.
