The 2020 Budget put forward by new chancellor, Rishi Sunak, represents a decisive break from the Budgets of the past decade.
One can argue – as the Institute for Fiscal Studies has done – about whether it is as generous as the Chancellor is suggesting and whether it is sustainable in the longer-term without tax increases.
