Evidence that booming London continues to drive the growth agenda was confirmed this week by new analysis showing that 25 of the top fastest growing local authority areas in England are London boroughs.
Seven out of the top ten are London boroughs headed by Tower Hamlets, followed by Newham, Southwark and Hackney and Hounslow, Islington and Brent.
