MHCLG finds extra £20m for Brexit

The Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG) has found an extra £20m to help councils with Brexit after only winning £35m from the Treasury.

Local government secretary James Brokenshire previously wrote to chancellor Philip Hammond to beg for more funding for councils dealing with Brexit.
