Malthouse replaces Raab in reshuffle

Parliamentary under-secretary at the Department for Work and Pensions, Kit Malthouse, has replaced Dominic Raab as housing minister after his appointment as the new Brexit secretary.

Mr Raab has been entrusted by prime minister Theresa May to manage Britain’s fraught Brexit negotiations following the resignation of David Davis, leaving Marsham Street after just 180 days in post.
