The care sector is at the sharp end of a recruitment and retention crisis, compounded by the effects of the pandemic and amid the mandatory vaccinations debate.
The much-needed Government 'Made with Care' recruitment campaign, launched in November, aims to promote care work as a rewarding and inspiring career to fill the shortage of around 105,000 vacancies advertised daily - as revealed in the recent Skills For Care report.
