Multi-million pound venture to build thousands of homes

Housing association Cross Keys Homes and construction group Kier have formed a joint venture with Government body Homes England to build about 5,400 homes across the country over the next 10 years.

Kier, which owns 69% of the venture and holds 50% of the voting rights, will receive £27m for its initial contribution of four development sites.
