The sector should ‘watch this space’ for an announcement from the Government on the spiralling costs of private placements for children, a minister said today.
Minister for children, families and wellbeing David Johnston told a plenary session at the National Children and Adult Services Conference: ‘I can’t give you lots of detail now, but I have a team looking at this issue and trying to find out exactly what’s going on.
