Next month’s levelling up White Paper will feature measures aimed at helping all areas deliver their net-zero targets, the Government has revealed.
In its formal response to October’s Levelling Up, Housing and Communities Committee report on the path to net-zero, ministers also committed to talks on fresh powers for councils to help deliver the UK’s net-zero ambition by 2050.
