Norfolk considers £16m new savings

Norfolk CC is considering new savings of £15.8m next year on top of already-agreed savings of £31.1m in 2020/21.

Senior councillors will also be warned that £1.5m of savings proposals in 2020/21 are now considered to be at risk of either non-delivery or delay.
