Nottingham City Council risks a Section 114 notice without a significant Government bailout, says a leaked report.
The ‘rapid review’ led by Government inspector Max Caller has found the council is not currently in a position to approve a budget for 2021/22. If unable to do this, the council would need to issue a Section 114 notice.
