The energy watchdog has threatened to withdraw the supplier’s licence from Together Energy, part-owned by Warrington BC.
Together Energy owes Ofgem £12.4m - excluding interest - in ‘renewables obligation’ payments, which are made in lieu of generating energy from certified renewable sources.
