Prime Minister Boris Johnson has pledged more devolved powers to councils outside the big cities to boost inward investment.
In a letter to investors attending the Mipim UK Summit, the property and regeneration event to be held next week, Mr Johnson said he wanted ‘to unleash the productive power of every city, town, village and hamlet in the United Kingdom.’
