Pressure mounts over planning reforms

Conservative councillors have bolstered the growing numbers opposing the Government’s planning reforms.

Proposals such as a zones for presumed consent contained in the White Paper have been branded a ‘developer’s charter’ by opposition politicians sensing a division in the Tory ranks at Westminster.
