The criticism meted out in the first phase report of the public inquiry into the Grenfell Tower disaster last week was shouldered largely by the London Fire Brigade.

Nonetheless, its author, Sir Martin Moore-Bick – somewhat inevitably – placed some fault at the door of Kensington & Chelsea RLBC.
