The Welsh Government has announced plans to postponed council tax revaluation until after the next Senedd election in 2030.

Finance minister Elin Jones said the decision followed detailed work to assess the costs of the revaluation exercised planned in April 2028 and the impact of updating council tax bands, which are still based on property values from 2003.
