The Government has ordered Trafford MBC to improve its inadequate children’s services within 15 months.
An improvement notice sent to the council on behalf of education secretary Damian Hinds said it must put together a plan that ‘will deliver appropriate and sustainable improvement’ by the end of August 2020.
