'Urgent action' required over Haringey complaints

Haringey LBC chief executive Andy Donald has vowed the council will ‘learn lessons’ after being told to take ‘urgent action’ to overhaul its complaints procedure.

The Local Government and Social Care Ombudsman highlighted three years running of instances of Haringey being late or non-complying with its recommendations.
