Norfolk CC and Age Concern North Norfolk have set up teleshopping and teleclub services as part of a £3.6m partnership for older people's projects. The scheme is aimed at helping older people remain independent in their own homes for longer, and was launched with a special train journey organised by North Norfolk Steam Railway.
