Craven DC has selected the Accent Group as its strategic partner to develop four key sites in Skipton. The Skipton Development Programme will invest £70m in the town over the next five years, providing new housing, shops and the restoration of the town hall. ‘Accent has a track record of working in partnership with councils to deliver projects that help build and sustain communities, and which really enhance the quality of the lives of people,' said Accent chief executive, Martin Kelly.
