West Sussex Accessible Services Partnership, operated by the county council and all the county's district and borough councils, has won an e-government award for its excellence in team working. The partnership has set up 18 help points in the county which deal with 12,000 queries a month, and pioneered a highly-successful Operation Crackdown service to speed up the local removal of abandoned cars.
