Ministers this week approved appointments to the governing body of the Local Government Ombudsman (LGO) scheme, with acting chairman, Dr Jane Martin, now confirmed as permanent holder of the post.
Anne Seex has also been re-appointed as vice-chairman of the Commission for Local Administration in England.
