Sandie Keene has become the new president of the Association of Directors of Adult Social Services (ADASS).
She has held the post of director of adult social services at Leeds City Council since 2007 and has previously been regional chair of the Yorkshire and Humberside ADASS region.'It is an extremely challenging time to have been elected to this important post,' Ms Keene comented.
