The Advertising Standards Agency (ASA) is investigating a series of pensions adverts made by local government trade union, Unison, last year.
The investigation follows a complaint by Conservative MP Matthew Hancock, who claimed the adverts were misleading and inaccurate. An ASA spokesman said it would publish the findings of its investigation in due course.
