General Sir Mike Jackson is to be one of the keynote speakers at this year's Public Sector People Managers' Association conference in Brighton, from 28-30 March. The former chief of general staff for the British Army and former NATO commander in Kosovo will be joined by Jacqueline Gold, chief executive of Anne Summers, and Mike Todd, chief constable of Greater Manchester Police.
