Taunton Deane BC has lost a long running dispute against a property developer over alleged harassment of staff. A district judge rejected the council's application to give an anti-social behaviour order to Sean Robins, 45, after a 16 year dispute between him and the local authority. A council spokesman said: ‘We are extremely disappointed with the decision, especially as the court found 21 counts of anti-social behaviour proven to a criminal standard by Mr Robins against the council and some of our employees.'
