Willmott Dixon has been awarded a £38.9m contract to deliver a retirement village in Ascot.
The building firm has been appointed by Rise Lodge Developments to build the village with 128 apartments, nine cottages and a 93-bed care home.'We have a substantial track record in building homes that cater to the specialised needs of this very important group in our society,' said chief operating officer, Charlie Scherer.
