I chaired a well attended one day conference in Cambridge today entitled ' Asset Management Master Class' which looked at the Essex "East 17" asset review across 17 public sector organisations.It is blindingly obvious really - 100's of buildings across multiple organisations, with huge duplication of services, management & maintenance.There is a massive prize to be had in this arena & whilst we have discussed it ad nauseam for a decade or so, its now time to deliver.The project sponsored by Improvement East was supported by PWC & Local Partnerships - it is a good read!
