We want to help our children get the best start in life.

We want them to believe they can do anything and equip them with the tools they need to achieve. That means keeping them safe and providing them with a good education.

Our services for young people have been rated as ‘excellent' by Ofsted. We're now looking for two outstanding Assistant Directors for our new People Directorate who can build on that success and ensure all our services are consistently excellent.

We need experienced managers with a strong track record in their fields with the skills, expertise and appetite to lead change and think differently about how we provide our services and build on our vision for a co-operative council.

If you've got what it takes to make our services for young people the best visit this link.
